Payments for services are due at the time of the housecall.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover; Cash and Checks.
No billing services are available.
Veterinary Pet insurance is accepted.
Cancelled or missed appointments policy: In order to be available for the needs of all our patients, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. It is our policy to charge a cancellation fee, if we do not receive at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
Or if you pet is not available at the time of the appointment when the doctor arrives…ie: not able to get from under the bed or hiding behind something or…… the normal minimal visit fee will be charged.
